1. What payment methods do you accept?

    Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and delivery location.

    6. Do you ship internationally?

    We ship within the United Kingdom only. No International Shipping.

    7. How do I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your package at any time.

    8. What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Contact us at sales@ellesy.shop to initiate a return.

    9. Can I exchange an item?

    Please return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

    10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

    If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@ellesy.shop so we can resolve the issue.

    11. How long do refunds take?

    Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
