- All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
- During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 4-5 business days.

Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
- Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges and extended delivery times.
Shipping Costs
United States:
- Free Shipping: All orders with a total value of $50.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping.
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $5.00 USD applies to all orders under $50.00 USD.
The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
- United States: Orders typically arrive within 8–12 business days after processing. Total timeframe from order placement to delivery is approximately 9–15 business days.
Please Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes during peak seasons. Midfox is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's progress on the carrier's website.
- You can also track your order by logging into your Midfox account.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery such as a lost or damaged package please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@midfox.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
